    In the context of the GMEP program, KISED (the South Korean Ministry of SMEs and Startups) is the primary organizer, with Impulse Partners acting as the local program operator in France. The Smart City Association serves as the intermediary, piloting the overall initiative. The program brings 15 Korean startups, specializing in Smart City sectors such as construction, energy, smart factories, mobility, and healthcare, to Paris. These startups will engage in business meetings, exhibitions such as the Smart City Expo in Barcelona, and attend workshops and mentoring sessions. Running from October 1 to November 10, GMEP supports their development in France and across Europe.
